Who handles shipping?
Amazon manages order processing, shipping and logistics for HILLSUSU purchases. Delivery questions and tracking updates are available in your Amazon account.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is commonly 1–5 business days for most locations, subject to stock, destination and the delivery estimate shown at checkout.
Are faster and international options available?
Prime members may see expedited delivery options. Eligible products and destinations may also support Amazon Global. The product page and checkout show the options currently available for your address.

What should I do before the first startup?
Connect the supplied charger and allow the battery to charge fully. Then power on the laptop, connect to a trusted WiFi network and follow the Windows prompts.
Is Windows 11 Pro already installed?
Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed on the listed configurations. Complete the on-screen setup and sign in with the account you prefer to use.
How do I activate Office?
Office is included on applicable models. Connect to WiFi and follow the included activation guidance. If you need help, contact HILLSUSU through Amazon messaging with your order and model details.
Should I install updates?
Yes. Open Windows Update after setup and install available security, driver and system updates. Restart when prompted before adding your regular applications.

Is 8GB or 16GB RAM right for me?
8GB is suited to focused browsing, email, streaming and document work. Choose 16GB for heavier browser use, larger Office projects or frequent switching between multiple apps. The 24GB Ryzen 7 model provides additional headroom for gaming and creative tasks.
What does SSD capacity change?
SSD capacity determines how much local space is available for Windows, apps and files. A 256GB drive suits lighter cloud-connected use, 512GB offers broader everyday flexibility, and 1TB helps with larger media and project libraries.
Why can I hear the fan?
The active cooling fan changes speed as the processor workload and temperature change. Some fan sound during updates, video calls, gaming or other demanding tasks is normal. Keep the vents clear and use the laptop on a firm surface.
Warranty and returns

How long is the warranty?
HILLSUSU provides a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Lifetime technical assistance is also available.
How do I request warranty help?
Open the HILLSUSU order in your Amazon purchase history and contact the seller through Amazon messaging. Include the order number, model and a clear description of the issue.
What is the return period?
Eligible unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 180 days. Start the request through Amazon order management and follow the instructions provided for that order.
How quickly is a refund processed?
After an eligible return is received, inspected and approved, the refund is normally processed within 1–2 business days. The payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
