What the warranty covers
The limited warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use within two years of the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from an authorized HILLSUSU listing on Amazon.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid exposure, unauthorized repair or modification, cosmetic wear, loss or theft, malware, data loss, damage caused by incompatible accessories, or issues resulting from use outside the published operating guidance. Batteries and other consumable components can naturally lose capacity over time; ordinary capacity reduction is not considered a manufacturing defect.
How to make a claim
- Open your Amazon purchase history and locate the HILLSUSU order.
- Use Amazon messaging to contact the seller from the order details.
- Provide the order number, laptop model and a clear description of the issue.
- Complete the reasonable troubleshooting requested by the support team.
- If service is approved, follow the provided packing and return instructions.
Available remedies
After inspection, HILLSUSU may repair the product, provide a replacement of the same or a comparable model, or issue another remedy required by applicable law. The selected remedy depends on the nature of the defect, product availability and the location of the purchaser.
Lifetime technical support
Technical guidance remains available after the limited warranty period. Lifetime support covers reasonable setup and troubleshooting assistance but does not extend the duration of the hardware warranty or include replacement parts, third-party software licenses or paid repair work.
